This link here you might find useful. Since The Earthsaver Lexicon is not yet complete, you may want to try this page for World of Darkness Storyteller information. It had very basic pages for Merits, Flaws, Backgrounds... not just for Werewolf, but Vampire, Mage, and the Like. It's very handy.
